Engine light on -

I have a 2000 Toyota Camry, 70K miles. I recently got a "Check engine" light on. The code says "Random/multi cylinders misfire detected". I replaced spark plugs and ignition cables, I further cleaned fuel injectors, the engine light is still some times on and some times off, no other abnormalities. Any one here ran into this kind of problem? Suggestions?
