You have certain problem with your web browser:

Solutions:
Launch your web browser (use Internet Explorer as example), Tools - Internet Options... - on the Genreal tab, in Temporary Internet Files section, click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files" to delete all cookies and all temporary files.

Then try again, you should be able to view the web page source.
