等待援助

各位好

我在运行antiVir时发现“c;\documents and settings\administrator\local settings\temporay intenet files\content.ie5\clif45mb\”中有counter_v[1].cab，应该是特洛伊木马。我想删除，可是找不到这个路径。我运行xp pro。 我在start右键explore中找不到，用search也搜不到。

现在基本不敢开机，等待援助。
