电脑经常出现不规则的噪声

我的电脑经常出现不规则的噪声，声音很大。响过一两分钟后，恢复平静。
周而复始，不得安宁。 估计是电风扇发出的声音，因为并不影响使用。
请教各位， 有什么办法吗？？
