Some questions about paypal

I am going to apply a paypal account, but I have some questions, thank you in advance for your answers.

1) I will mostly use paypal to purchase, or sell items on ebay (Just occasionly, not doing business), what kind of account is good for me, Personal or Premier?

2) How much transaction fee should I pay for these two accounts?

3) Will paypal link to my check card or my credit card?

4) Are there any other hidden fees of tricky?
