请帮忙

打开一个word文档，当另存为。。。时，
电脑提示：the disk is full or too many files are open.(c:\documents and settings\…\..)

请问各位大仙，如何解决，谢谢。

（laptop硬盘80G, 目前有70G free .我打开的文件只有这一个word 文档，不可能说打开太多）。
