seems no way. some small program are written in Chinese and not specially for English. Like 'Kugoo' you will not being able to view the tool bars in Chinese in an English system. No matter what supporiting software you are using. I have tried many times for Kugoo by installing NanJI Star, Richwin, Chinese Star....but failed.

Kugoo website says this program is for Chinese only.

So, I guess the one (clock?) you have is just like the Kugoo I have been experiencing.
