Help, Win2000 to Win98

Hi, there
I recently change back my OP system from win2000 to win98. I lost 1/3 hrad drive even I format the whole C drive. Originally it is 20G and now only 11G. I try several system software but none of them can sovle this problem.

Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks.
