Internet Access. I have a neighbor who has a wireless router plugged in but no Internet account. His router wasn't encrypted and sometimes interfered with mine. So I went in to disable the radio broadcast and poked around a little bit. Turned out he disconnected his DSL service and never bothered to unplug the router.
