系统出了问题,急!在线等

本人欲format硬盘，重装系统，谁知DELL给的系统盘竟不是启动盘，于是弄了几张DOS
启动盘，但当我欲format硬盘时，总是给出以下信息，请高手指点，感谢万分！

FDISK C:
PARAMETER FORMAT NOT CORRECT -C:

FORMAT C:
CANNOT FORMAT A NETWORK DRIVE
