HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

There are some problems with my computer clock for a long time. It cannot go correctly.
Every time when I set it at certain time, it will go on for 10-20 minutes and then go back to that initial certain time and keep on like this. of course, it will stay in the same date.

Is there anyone knows what happened to my laptop clock. Is there any virus?
But I have reinstalled my system several times, nothing can recover that problem
