Dell 5100 can not boot OS

Hi asking for help.
My Dell inspiron 5100 can not boot OS.
Run diagonostic test, found error codes:0F00:0244; and 0F00:1A44; both refer to "uncorrected data error or media write protected".
How to fix it?
