上网功能故障,请求帮助

windows xp home edition, sp2, 因为被spyware感染,所以下载了微软的antispyware beta版.检查系统后,remove了所有被发现的spyware,但是重新起动机器后,发现网络无法连接.用的是 nic ethernet.重新安装网卡驱动,仍然不行.删除spyware之前,网络没问题.
请不吝赐教.
