14" vs.15" laptop Which I

I am going to buy a laptop very soon. I am basically interested in tow models of Toshiba Tecra, one is Tecra A2-S336 while the other is Tecra M2-S720. I am wondering what size of monitor is more popular between 14.1" and 15" ?

14.1" is too small for personal use? 15" is too big for travelling?

In terms of resale, which one is easier to sell?
