D盤已滿.怎樣可能從c盤分(求助各位大人)

本人剛裝了winxp.分為C和D,C:有40G.但D:祗有2G我也不清楚為什麼會這樣,現D:已滿了.請問怎才可已將C:的空間拿到去D:或是一定要重裝xp.希望有心人教教我謝謝
