DELL Dimension 2400 Power Prob

I have a problem with my Dell Dimension 2400. Whenever I want to turn on my computer after it has be turned off for a long period (for example, one night), it can not power up right away. The power light in the front panel will first blink in low amber light, then the blink in Blight Amber Light, and finally become Green and start the computer. At first, this process only takes about 10 minutes, so it is not a problem. But it now takes about 1 hour to bootup.

Does any one know what is the problem and how to repair it?
