windows media player 的问题

求助：
我试图在wm里看音乐会。但当我打开这个文件是出现以下问题：
1.wm can not play this file. one or more codecs required to play the file.
2.encountered error message C00D109B while using Windows Media Player.
3.我的Windows Media Player version 是：10.00.00.3646
4.Windows operating system version: windows XP Home Edition. version 2002 Service Pack 2.
5.这个 error只有在打开这个音乐会时会出现。

请这里的高手们帮忙解决。
