电脑总自动关机 求救啊

我的是DELL的笔记本 最近总是自动关机
确信没有病毒，而且也格式化过硬盘

最近找到一个规律， 每次在笔记本上看片子时间长了就自动关机，如果重新开机继续看片子关机速度比上次更快。。。。。

不知道是和电脑温度有关系还是内存耗尽有关系呢？ 但是怎么会总是自己关机呢？？？？
