which P4 can take 1GB module?

I have got some 1GB SAMSUNG RDRAM( RAMBUS)modules, PC800-40ns, 16bit 184pin. My HP WS X2100 and DELL WS 620 can not recognize it. Wondering who expert knows which computer or motherboard can use this kind of module.Thanks in advance. Sorry my computer can't input Chinese.
