请教：如何删除桌面上那些讨厌的

桌面上有一些在线游戏的快截方式，
1。 不能移动，
2。不能删除，
3。右键点击无任何反映，
4。去查毒， 人家又说“恭喜你， 没有发现病毒”。
5。到documents and setting 的desktop 中又找不到这些icon，
6。 发现弹出广告。
我真的是晕！刚刚看见楼下也有人碰到一样的问题。诚心请教大家， 这是病毒？我们该怎么办？
