Home network problem

Hey, guys, I connect 2 desktops and 1 laptop together through a router and the router is connected to internet through a cable modem. The 2 desktops have "Windows 2000" installed and the laptop uses Windows NT 4.0. The 3 computers are all set up in a "workgroup" and they have TCP/IP installed, each configured as "obtain an IP automatically". Now 1 desktop and the laptop can see each other through "Network Neighbourhood" and "My network places", but this desktop and the laptop can not see the other desktop and vice versa. Of course they all can access to internet. I typed "ipconfig /all" on each computer, finding they have 3 consecutive ip addresses, I also used the command "ping" from each computer, it went through, no problem.

Then the problem is why the laptop and 1 desktop can see each other but they can not see the other desktop, and vice versa?

Any of your ideas or diagnosys will be appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
