Pls Help: DVD player can't

find the disc.Each time, after I load in the disc, my jWIN DVD player reads for a while, and the result is always: NO Disc. Faint! I just bought this machine in NYC China Town several months ago.

I bought a DVD/CD cleaning disc, and still, the machine could not find the disc; one of my old computer had this same problem, the DVD ROM could not find disc, that was an interesting machine, when the computer is cold, and just switched on, the DVD ROM can find the disc, but, when the machine runs a while, it could not find the disc again.

I wrote an email to the jWIN DVD player company, according to their web site instructions, the truth is, they simply didn't reply my email.

I have no way out, but to ask for any possible hint/instructions/help here.

Please, "DA XIA" save me!!!
