ethernet driver unzip problem

I need ethernet card driver to connect my computer to
the internet. After I got the driver file which is zip-type and unzipped it,
it is weird that I could not find the .sys file or .exe file to setup the
soft. But the same file has .sys files after unzipped in another computer.
What is wrong with this?
