need Advanced_EFS_Data_Recovery_Pro_v1.30 plus the original encryption key. I hope that you backup the original key or able to recover the key from the formatted drive. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

If you have problem accessing the (non encrypted) files because you no longer have the same WinXP userID after reinstallation, then all you have to is log on to winxp as the admin., disable file sharing, and right-click the folder -> properties -> advanced option -> take ownership of the folder.
