Control Panel-> Regional and Language Settings-> Languages

If “Install Files for East Asian Languages” is unchecked, check it. You may need the winXP CD, and you may need to restart the computer.


Restart-> Control Panel-> Regional and Language Settings-> Languages (Same deal as above)->“details”->”Add”->Input Language=”Chinese PRC” (if you want simplified Chinese) , Keyboard Layout IME = “Microsoft Pinyin”->”apply” . To add more, go to Keyboard Layout/IME and pick whatever you want. I only know pinyin so….
