what's the difference between MPEG4 and MPEG2? Can I convert mpeg4 to mpeg2 or other video format? What kind of software can do the conversion?
I am thinking of buying a video camera which support mpeg4. but my friends told me Windows Media not supporting MPEG4 and I would have a hard time to convert it to other video format and to burn it to DVD/CD. Is it true?
