xml.exe

My PC, Window 2000 has been occupied by this xml.exe - may be a spyware.

This process is too strong, consumed half CPU and peak memory, and can't be killed -- forcing to kill one will spawn more children.

Searching the whole hard disk space, can't dig out where it locates.

Any one has a clue please? Thanks in advance
