MSN MEssager 求助!

我用MSN MEssager 跟人CHAT, 我在美国, 用英文WINXP, 对方在
中国,用中文WINXP.
可以看得见图像,听不见声音.
我检查了声音设置,一切正常.而且我试着用"寻求远程协助",
电脑显示"MSN MESSAGER" 版本不对.

请问是不是MSN MESSAGER 不能在不同版本WINXP间用?
