1) I will check the software. (like borrow a blank HD and reload the Windows)
2) Then, swap the memory and power supply because it is more more easy to replace.
3) Sometime the problem will cause by a over heated AGP card.
4) The last issue is the main board.(How old is the main board? If it is ECS or PC chips, the capacitors might last for two years.)
