I downloaded 紫光拼音输入法,but can't

but can't find executable file,I don't know how to use it. I can only see its 附带工具, such as 属性设置和管理中心 etc. I also downloaded a file named unspim30, but if I click on it, a window comes out with unknow I charactors. Could any one help me please? I'm using XP. Thank you!
