Then I tried "屏蔽一些网站:ie浏览器，选择选单栏里的“工具”→“internet选项”→“内容”→“分级审查”，点击“启用”按钮，在弹出的“分级审查”对话框中
切换到“许可站点”标签，输入您想屏蔽的网站网址，随后点击“从不”按钮", the result is I cann't go to any page, the content advisor of IE disallows me. If I set wenxuecity.com as "always", then I can go to main page of wenxuecity.com, but http://web.wenxuecity.com/BBSAdd.php?SubID=computer.

And there is no hkey_current_user/software/policies/microsoft/internetexplorer/control panel in my registry, there is only hkey_current_user/software/policies/microsoft/SystemCertificates, how can set "settings"=dword:0?
