如何刪除電腦已裝的軟件不留痕跡

如果僅是從contral panel 刪除已裝應用的軟件,從系統里還是能查到的, 請教如何做才能徹底刪除,讓別人看不出來. (do not tell me format computer). 謝謝!!!!!
