Please, save my 8100

I have a Dell Inspiron 8100 Laptop. Over the last month or so,
I have experienced problems with booting up my computer. The Dell
splash screen appears and fades, and just prior to the computer
starting up Win XP Pro, the screen just stays black and I have to
restart the computer. Restarting the computer fixes the problem 90%
of the time, but sometimes it needs to be restarted a 2nd and third time.

But last night, I restarted a lot of times, it does not work.

Please help me to save my 8100. Very appreciate!
