HELP! RUNDLL16 DELTED!

Hi
I need urgent help!
my system is winXPpro
a file (rundll16.exe) was infected by w32.spydot.worm, and deleted by Norton!
when I tried to install an appl software, the windows say it need 16 bit ...
How could i solve this problem?
Please help me! if you are an expert or have same experience before.
