msn真烦，谁能帮我一下，谢谢了

各位，我的msn就是不能接收文件，但可以发文件给别人。

别人说他们的显示说正常，但我的总是传送完了以后，就说传送失败了。文件也没保存下来。

我已经把windows xp防火墙，和瑞星监控中心都关掉了，还是不行。

我可以用windows messenger（不是msn messenger 6.2)来接收文件，别人用windows messenger时给我发文件时msn messenger和windows messenger这两个都能正常接收。
我已经把msn messenger重装了1遍，还是不行。
