关于防火墙的问题

用AOL拨号上网，Norton Internet Security. 几乎每次上网都有Alert的提示，显示的信息大部分如下：

Date: 2004-10-1 Time: 10:35:30
Rule "Default Block Sokets de Trois v1. Trojan" blocked (*******,5000). Details:
Inbound TCP connection
Local address,service is (*******,5000)
Remote address,service is (172.145.5.24,3152)
Process name is "N/A"

挺着急的，请教高手这是怎么回事？该做些什么？Remote Address 是不是黑客的IP？
