请教：网卡驱动程序哪里下载

大家好，我刚刚买了台Dell poweredge 400SC的台式机，在自己装了windows XP以后，发现不能设置网络连接，从硬件管理里面一看，发现以前用的网卡驱动程序不能用。自己用google搜了半天，发现没有相配的网卡驱动程序，在Dell网站上只有2000的，没有XP的。所以请教大家一下，希望大家帮忙。。。。。。。。。多谢。
