求救！！！

我的计算机突然上不了网了，发现ip地址被固定在192.168.100.10,Gateway:192.168.100.1这是什么原因啊？电缆是好的、网卡是好的、网络服务也是正常的，（用别人计算机试过都正常），无论如何renew、重起、包括网络设备重起都不起作用！！哪位大侠支个招！！多谢了！
