Satellite: Galaxy 13 problems

I am using Prosat 2102 satellite receiver to watch the Chinese TV on Galaxy 13. There is no sound for FJTV, GDTV etc while there is sound for LNTV, CQTV, etc.

Anybody knows was the problems is?
