weird! mouse moves by itself

My laptop has Win2000 professioal version. The weird thing happened after i unzipped an attachment file in email box, the file named "i am in love''. i did some paper work and i tried to kill virus, but it still happens, moving everywhere by itself, poping up many windows and making my machine dead, always.

Anyone can help?
