请求帮忙

我的电脑在开机后出现这样一个 Warning:

" Failed to fine tablet and is unable to run recognition system; please check if the tablet is correctly installed, if the pen of the tablet work like mouse and still dosen't work, please contact your local agent."

我不明白它的意思,是否一定要去找 local agent, 有没有办法自己解决, 这个 tablet 是指什么;the pen of the tablet work like mouse是指什么.请求大侠帮忙,请给予一些指导谢谢.
