help! virus! virus! attack

Everytime after I surf internet for a few minutes, my computer prompt a message, "computer is shuting down within 1 minute" and it start to count down, after 1 minute, the computer shut down. My OS is window 2000, CPU: P2, 300MHz

Another virus: Everytime when I logon to internet, I need to key in password on the dialup window because the password can't be saved, it always goes back to the default password. WHO CAN SOLVE THESE 2 PROBLEMS FOR ME! THANK YOU VERY MUCH
