BIOS

Still CPU/Fan problem........

I checked my BIOS it's not from ASUS, the manufacturer of the motherboard, it 's from AMI (AMerican Megatrends Inc.). Can I just flash my BIOS with ASUS's anyway, 'cause it's so hard to find AMI's up-to-date BIOS from internet?
