Help: no ID address mark found

My PC is : Hp pavilion 6735. O.S is Windows 2000. Recently, I installed two other hard drives. Primary IDE has two hard drives. Second IDE has one hard drive and CD-ROM. But, tonight, when I use floppy drive, it shows me error as follow: " A: is not accessible , No ID address mark was found on the floppy disk."

I have no any idea about what is wrong for this? Can you help me?? thanks .
