请问有人能帮我吗？都快哭了。。。。

我装的xp是英文版的，所有中文软件都不能用，比如realoneplayer,QQ,等等。

我记得以前由个人帮我装过一个软件（可能是中文平台之类的吧），就能用这些中文软件，可是现在我格式化了电脑，那个人又联系不上，怎么办呀！！！！！

救救我吧！
