Thank you for your help, now I got Control panel back...I found out the problem is in my registry, someone changed it, at least. May be through some hacking way.

Now my question is when I access the add/remove program in Control Panel, I got nothing, I mean, I can see some text align on top of the window but there are no click button/program list available to me. Do you know in registry, where can I config this?

And one more thing, my computer is jumping on 100% when I access control panel, so in this case, it normally take me atleast 1 minute to move around. I don't have any other program running... Ram is left with 200mb or so, do you know why?
