Svchost.exe出了问题，请求帮助!

我的Computer近来出现一个问题，总是得一个message:

Svchost.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program . An error log will be created.

然后所有的internat and Excel, word 都不再正常工作。我试了许多扫error 的办法，都无效。哪位知道这是否与我的Window 2000 是盗版有关？(这话就不能问老美了).谢谢！
