关 于 cable

My cable was disconnected by the cable company because I downloaded movies. They said I can only download 20GB a month including uploading and downloading. Anyone can tell me how to download but not let them monitor my loading. Last month I only downloaded one TV show, but it took several days to finish. eanwhile many people uploaded from my source. The cable company said the upload only was 70GB, so they disconnected my cable. Anyone had this problem before, please help me. Thanks millioms from bottom of my heart.
