怎样让BT不暴露你的IP

最近BT查的很紧， 我的ISP转给我一封警告信， 列出了我最近用BT下载的一部电影的名字。我想他们是通过我连接种子时的ip找到的， 有没有办法让BT不暴露你的IP。
