请帮忙！

在device manager 窗口，Network Adapter 下， 有一个Microsoft Tun Miniport Adapter，不工作，有一个黄的“！”。 点属性后，看到错误信息如下：

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

我可以disable it，当不能uninstall：

Failed to uninstall the device. The Device may be required to boot up the computer.

在Safe Mode 下也不行。

我的系统是XP Home。 请问怎样下掉它？
